Note: Waiver must be signed before participating in your first class.
This class is based on strengthening and toning the abdominal muscles as well as lower body "assets" (glutes, quads & hamstrings) by using various props like steps, bands, free weights and your own body weight. A variety of exercises will be covered to work every angle of your muscles to develop the physique you desire.

Note: In summer months, Monday's class is held at various Lake County parks. Location is posted on sign-up page by 2pm on each class day.
This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning & aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold.

Each week won't be the same as our instructor (with over 20 years of experience) infuses a variety of equipment, techniques, & circuits to keep you & your muscles engaged. This strength training class will also contribute to improved bone density & increased strength of connective tissue, muscle & tendons.

Consider this your go-to "Leg Day" class. Strengthen, tone, and trim your entire lower body with your expert coach as you use barbells, gym machines, free weights, resistance bands, and body weight to work the biggest muscles in your body! You are guaranteed to feel that after workout burn with each of these workouts.

This Vinyasa style flow thoughtfully coordinates movement to breath & uses repetition to build confidence in your practice & strength incrementally with chaturangas, balancing poses, twists and more. Moderate heat is used to build flexibility & to burn more calories as you practice.

This strength training inspired boot camp takes you through a series of full body cardio movements and strength training exercises to build a sweat and your muscle tone. Get ready to feel strong, empowered, and accomplished at the end of this dynamic workout!

Upper Body Fit works on defining arms, shoulder, chest, & back as well as core. This strength training workout will deliver the muscle definition you crave with a great balance of variety for each muscle group.

classes require advance registration at least 1 hour prior to class time. class cancellations must be processed via email confirmation at least 2 hrs prior to class time to not be charged a pass for non-members or late cancel fee of $10 for members. Hope Fit Memberships are sold with a minimum month commitment. Once minimum commitment is met, memberships can BE CANCELLED FOR THE NEXT MONTH WITH AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE. Personal training appt cancellations require 24 hour notice. Personal Training Late cancels / no shows will be charged a fee of $25 and loss of session. ALL NON-MEMBER CLASS AND PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES OUTLINE EXPIRATION DATE POLICIES UPON PURCHASE.
UNUSED Class passes, 1:1 SESSIONS or event / workshop tickets WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
