Our high-energy classes are the perfect way to burn some cals, build muscle, improve your agility & physical endurance. Every session is unique & designed to deliver a killer workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and strong.
This workout hits all angles of your lower body & builds your core strength.
(Class alternates between our weight training room & group fitness studio to provide access to everything Hope Fit offers.)
Class kicks off with metabolic training (to maximize calorie burn both during and after your workout) & moves into dynamic strength training using Barbells, Dumbbells, & Kettlebells.
Sculpt & tone your upper & lower body using TRXs, body weight, free weights / bars, resistance bands & more!
High intensity interval training circuits mixing cardio with weight training to boost your metabolism & build overall strength.
Strength & power combined for efficient & results proven workouts. Programming focuses on complex exercises targeting specific muscle groups.
(Class program runs for 4 weeks to progress your strength & technique thru repetition & increasing weight incrementally.)
Burn calories while improving your agility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance with this interval based workout.
This class is the perfect mix of HIIT & yoga at a pace that works for your body.
