This class is your designated "Leg Day". This lower body workout combines traditional compound movement patterns, like deadlifts, squats with functional body weight and loaded movements for the ultimate strength building workout.
+Combine with Upper Body Fit for a solid workout routine.
This total body workout will target all major muscle groups while pushing you through a high-energy, interval-based format.
(Class program runs for 4 weeks to allow you to see your improvement week over week.)
Upper body movements that are designed to strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest and back. Fundamental strength training exercises are combined with compound exercises to develop a strong & sculpted upper body.
