Our strength training is top-notch with real gym equipment. Our boot camps are athletic-based circuits designed to challenge & inspire you. Yoga is also offered to give your muscles that deep stretch they crave & need.
This challenging athletic style boot camp is the perfect way to burn some cals, build muscle, improve your agility & physical endurance. Body Blast is guaranteed to deliver a killer workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and ready to tackle whatever the day brings.

This yoga flow is designed to give our hard-working clients the deep stretch that their muscles crave & need! The class follows traditional vinyasa poses but at a slower pace. Meditation / breathing techniques are also used to emphasize peace & calm in the body.
(Room is moderately heated & aromatherapy with essential oils are used to provide an inviting atmosphere.)
