GROUP TRaining Cancellations 

  • require advance registration at least 1 hour prior to start time. 
  • cancellations must be processed via email confirmation at least 2 hrs prior to start time to not be charged a pass for non-members or late cancel fee of $10 for members. 

Personal TRaining Cancellations 

  • PERSONAL 1:1 TRAINING APPT CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 24 HOUR NOTICE. 
  • PERSONAL 1:1 TRAINING LATE CANCELS / NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $25 AND LOSS OF SESSION.  

Memberships / OTher

  • Hope Fit Memberships are sold with a monthly commitment.
  • Once commitment is met, membership can BE CANCELLED FOR THE NEXT MONTH WITH AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE before end of current month. 
  • ALL NON-MEMBER passes AND PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES OUTLINE EXPIRATION DATE POLICIES UPON PURCHASE. 
  • UNUSED Class passes, 1:1 SESSIONS or event / workshop tickets WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
