A relaxing yoga class focusing on deep stretches and mobility to enhance flexibility, relieve tension, and promote overall well-being. This class is strongly recommended for anyone with tightness in their shoulders, back, hips & hamstrings.
This faster paced Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, & fluidity in the body & mind. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, warriors, backbends & even opportunities for (optional) inversions.
A more gentle paced vinyasa flow for those looking to slow down at the end of your week. Poses may be held longer. Props are offered to support deeper relaxation.
