This faster paced Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, & fluidity in the body & mind. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, warriors, backbends & even opportunities for (optional) inversions.
A slower vinyasa (a.k.a Hatha) flow that incorporates longer holds combined with intention / breath to strengthen muscles as well as your mind-body connection.
This early Sunday class emphasizes slow, mindful movements to improve flexibility, balance, and find a mind-body connection to start your week. This class ends with a LIVE acoustic Savasana.
