Athletic yoga combines yoga, core work, mobility drills, breath-work and stretching, and more to conform to the needs of our fitness-centric community. As everyone knows, a huge part of your workouts is mental, and yoga helps with your mental strength, too.
A blend of gentle yoga and deep stretches. It begins by warming up the body before getting into longer held and supported poses. This class ends with a LIVE acoustic Savasana.
Inspired by the Baptiste "Journey into Power' sequence, This transformative flow offers an accessible approach for all levels with a focus on breath & alignment. It's designed to help you build a strong foundation while challenging both your body & mind.
This faster paced Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, & fluidity in the body & mind. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, warriors, backbends & even opportunities for (optional) inversions.
A more gentle paced vinyasa flow for those looking to slow down at the end of your week. Poses may be held longer. Props are offered to support deeper relaxation.
A slower vinyasa (a.k.a Hatha) flow that incorporates longer holds combined with intention / breath to strengthen muscles as well as your mind-body connection.

Our trainer even chooses a yoga pose(s) to serve as an inspiration for each class which helps you connect how strength training complements yoga.
