gENERAL pOLICIES

 Group Training Cancellations

  • Class cancellations must be processed via Vagaro scheduler site / app at least by 8 pm the evening for classes scheduled before 10 am the next day.  For all other classes and sessions, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.  Cancellation and no show fees are $10 for group fitness and yoga classes and $15 for semi-personal training sessions.
  • It is important to use the Vagaro scheduler site / app for any cancellations as the system automatically enrolls those waitlisted into spots that open up. 

    

Personal Training Cancellations 

  • Individual PT session cancellations require 24-hour notice for this 1:1 time slot.
  • Be sure to keep track of session confirmation emails so you can cancel (if needed) via scheduler system which opens your spot for another. 
  • Late cancels / no shows will result in loss of session. 

  

Memberships / Other Policies

  • Hope Fit Memberships are sold with a monthly commitment.
  • Once commitment is met, membership can be cancelled for the next month with at least 10 business days notice before end of current month by email.
  • Email cancellation request to staff@hopefit.info including your name and reason for cancellation. 
  • All non-member passes and personal training 1:1 packages outline an expiration date upon purchase. Unused passes, 1:1 sessions or event / workshop tickets will not be refunded.

Safety & Health Protocols

Please stay home & avoid coming to class / training, if you are sick, been in direct contact with someone with COVID, or begin showing COVID symptoms.


Be sure to keep track of session confirmation emails so you can cancel (if needed) via the system which opens your spot for another. 


As always, staff will diligently disinfect equipment throughout the day & in between training sessions. Those attending Open Gym are expected to disinfect equipment used before moving to other machines. 


Our #1 priority has always been the health & well-being of everyone, which is why these protocols are in effect. We know Hope Fit is our safe space, & we want to keep it that way, especially in regards to everyone’s health!
