Vinyasa is known for matching breath with movement as you flow. Yoga poses are sequenced together and repeated to build confidence in your practice & strengthen your body & mind.
The faster paced Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, & fluidity in the body & mind. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, warriors, backbends & even opportunities for (optional) inversions.
A more gentle paced vinyasa flow for those looking to slow down at the end of your week. Poses may be held longer. Props are offered to support deeper relaxation.
A slower vinyasa (a.k.a Hatha) flow that incorporates longer holds combined with intention / breath to strengthen muscles as well as your mind-body connection.
This class the perfect mix of HIIT & yoga at a pace that works for your body.
Class consists of a yoga flow to warm up the body followed by 3 blocks of bodyweight HIIT work. Complete each block 3x with a 1 minute rest after each block.
Class ends with a gentle yoga flow and Savasana with a lavender cooldown towel.
