We believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. We take a holistic approach to fitness; focusing on mobility, stress management, and mindfulness in addition to exercise.
Our Yoga program is a perfect compliment to our mission. We offer both non-member & memberships options for yoga. We offer over 30 yoga classes each month plus workshops.
Vinyasa is known for matching breath with movement as you flow. Yoga poses are sequenced together and repeated to build confidence in your practice & strengthen your body & mind.

This series dedicates each class to as specific chakra (energy center) in the body. Music & poses are themed to a specific chakra to help find inner peace & destress before the winter holidays start.

An intuitive yoga flow focusing on posture & breathing techniques to channel energy & find mind-body connection.
Tuesdays
6pm - 7pm
A more gentle paced vinyasa flow for those looking to slow down at the end of your week. Poses may be held longer. Props are offered to support deeper relaxation.
